The last conference of APRAM (Association des praticiens du droit des marques et modèles) took place today, on the theme of the infringement of trademark rights on the internet. With the growth of business activity online, the counterfeits multiply. A challenge which implies a targeted and constantly adjusted response strategy, in the interests of the company and of the consumers too. Deactivating the most harmful websites, discontinuing them of search engines and deleting unlawful contents in social networks are all measures that require up-to-date knowledge of law, tools and commercial implications for the company.
